Most important lesson in being frugal
I happen to believe that if you are going to spend hard earned money on a purchase (on any kind-food, services, whatever) you should be completely satisfied. The biggest lesson I can teach is that if you are not satisfied, SAY SOMETHING! If you are unhappy with a product, call the 800 number or email them (try to have reciept and product in hand). If something is broke, even after a year of use, they will usually send a replacement part or refund at least part of your money. If it's a service you are unhappy with, speak to a manager.
